Exercise

Exercise is really important for your health. It is advised that you should be doing at least 1 hour of physical activity every day.  Do you do an hours exercise? Do you do anywhere near this? If the answer is no do you spend an hour watching tv or on social media? Maybe your habits need to change, now it's lighter nights you can be out of the house, there are lots of things you can do, whether it's at the gym, at home or in your local park, get your mates together for a kick about or find a local sports club, something that you are interested in.

Salford Community Leisure have loads of activities going on for young people, why not take a look go on your own or take a friend along too.

Want to get into running? There are lots of running clubs or park runs in Salford (you can do a quick search and it brings them up) Or you could do it yourself with a couch to 5k running plan this way you can do it at your own pace and build up slowly.

Choose something you enjoy as you will carry on with it, if you aren't enjoying it you won't stick at it.
